Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms:

You acknowledge you have read, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside. You further agree to comply with all local laws, regulations and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You represent you have the legal authority to accept these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself or any party you represent. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

General Policies:

Terms, conditions, training curriculum, procedures, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. 

Client hereby agrees to the Scope of Training listed on the web site to be provided by Accutech Institute. I understand that if my enrollment  agreement is accepted by Accutech Institute , it shall be deemed a binding contract. The course outline and syllabus will follow the outlines and procedures described in the school's current catalog. A certificate of achievement will be issued once the course is complete. Candidate has up to one year to re-take the course free of charge provided that the course is scheduled and running in our Hackensack, New Jersey location.

Upon execution of this order an invoice will be emailed to the client.  

This sum includes a non-refundable courseware fee of $100.
All tuition monies paid by the applicant will be refunded if the school rejects the application or if the applicant cancels the enrollment agreement within three business days from the signing date of this agreement. The refund is applicable even if instruction has begun. A client not requesting cancellation before the specified start date will be deemed a client.

In the event of withdrawal or termination by the school, the school will retain the registration fee and a pro-rata of the tuition based upon the number of weeks of scheduled instruction with attendance for any part of a week considered a full week. For clients terminating training after completing 50% of the period of enrollment, the client will be responsible for the entire contract price of the enrollment. Written notification shall be provided to the Director within three (3) business days of the date of the client's intent to withdraw. Refunds will be made within 45 days of the client's official withdrawal.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions agreement, the signee agrees to the terms of the training agreement.

Limitation of Liability and Damages:

Accutech Institute's maximum liability, and the Purchaser's sole remedy, for any claim arising under the purchase will be the refund of an amount not exceeding the fee paid by the Prchaser, IN NO EVENT SHALL Accutech Institute BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES AND INFORMATION PROVIDED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

TRAINING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." Accutech Institute HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES OR ANY RELATED MATERIALS, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. In that event, any implied warranties are limited in duration to thirty (30) days from the first date of service. However, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
